How important is to drink water?


Water is made of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom. Water is essential to any human being and to be healthy.

Our body is 70 per cent water; it means we have water in the bloody, muscles, lungs, brain everywhere. The brain itself is made up of 75% of water. The water is important to regulate body temperature and make the nutrients travel to all your organs.

Water transport the oxygen to your cells, removes waste, and protects your joins and organs.If we don’t get enough water we can get dehydrate and this is a serious health condition especially in babies, children and elderly people.Symptoms of dehydration include chronic pains in joints and muscles, lower back pain, headaches and constipation.

A strong odour to your urine, along with a yellow color indicates that you are not getting enough. The estimate amount of water you should take will depend on your weight but normally you should take at least 3 litres each day. It sounds a lot thinking just water but if you take into account the water in juice, fruits, food etc. we will get there.

If you do exercise, you should take even more water every 20 minutes you are active as well as if you drink alcohol or travel in an airplane.Now you know why water is so important to you don’t forget to give it a go always.
